By helping to identify and target your "body blind spots"; areas that are most overused, underused, or misused, YTU heals damaged muscle, increases strength and establishes healthy movement patterns.

In these Yoga Tun-Up session, you will learn how to effectively use the tune-up balls to improve your posture, increase circulation, and connect deeper to your own body.

Knowing your own body is empowering and will help you understand its needs and therefore make educated decisions on how to take care of it.
